1. How long does it normally take to receive my product?
After placing an order with Chillervino, it will take 1-2 days for your order to process then 5-10 days for it to deliver. Please keep in mind, with the current climate that we are in, there may be unexpected delays. Please contact our customer service department to get an expected time of arrival for your product.
2. Where do your products ship from?
Our products ship from manufacturer or authorized distributor warehouses located throughout the United States
This allows us to deliver products quickly while ensuring customers receive original manufacturer warranty coverage.
3. What are your store hours?
We operate 9AM - 5PM CST, Monday - Friday. Please advise that we operate on the weekends as well but with a limited staff! Please feel free to message or email us in and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
4. How do I receive tracking information?
Once your product ships, you will receive an email from Chillervino with a link that shows your tracking information. If you have not received an email notification with tracking information, please contact us. Note that it normally takes 1-2 days after your order is placed for your product is shipped.
5. Do your products include a warranty?
Yes. All products sold by Chillervino include the original manufacturer warranty provided by the brand.
6. What is the best way to contact?
We offer full assistance with live chats, phone calls and emails during the hours of operation. For all urgent matters please direct us with emails and/ or phone calls.
7. Can I return my order?
Yes. Chillervino accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.Some manufacturers may apply restocking fees up to 15% and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
