Most products ship directly from manufacturer or fulfillment partner warehouses located in the United States.

Once your order has been processed and confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details.

Freight Delivery Information

Large appliances such as wine refrigerators are shipped via freight carriers due to their size and weight.

Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery, meaning the carrier will deliver the product to the front of your home or building. Drivers are not responsible for bringing the unit inside, unpacking it, or installing the product.

If additional services such as inside delivery, liftgate service, or scheduled delivery windows are required, these may be available depending on the carrier and delivery location.

Processing time for orders is typically 1–3 business days, and transit time generally ranges from 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and freight carrier schedule.

Inspect Your Delivery Before Signing

When your order arrives, it is very important to inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt.

Please check the box and packaging carefully for:

• dents
• holes
• crushed corners
• water damage
• torn packaging

If the box appears damaged, open the package and inspect the product before signing.

If any damage is visible, you should:

• note the damage on the delivery receipt
• take clear photos of the packaging and product
• contact our support team immediately

Signing for the delivery without noting visible damage may limit the ability to file a claim with the freight carrier.

Reporting Damage After Delivery

If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To help resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• photos of the product and packaging
• a brief description of the damage

Our team will work with the freight carrier and manufacturer to assist with the claim process and determine the appropriate resolution.
